Rugs smaller than 9x12 will ship via FedEx, unless included in an order with a larger rug, in which case the entire order will ship via freight. Ground shipments typically arrive within 1–2 weeks of order receipt.

Rugs that are 9x12 or larger will ship via freight carrier and usually arrive within 2–3 weeks.

Blot stains immediately and clean using a mild soap mixed with equal parts white vinegar and water. Vacuum regularly with beater bar off. Sizes up to 5X8 can be washed up to four times in traditional 15-20 lb. capacity in-home washing machines. Rugs 6X9 and larger should be washed in a larger 60+ lb. capacity washing machine found in laundromats, up to four times. Wash on delicate setting with gentle detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry.
