By subscribing to Regina Andrew’s SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Program”), you agree to these Mobile Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
Regina Andrew may send you recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages, including cart or browse reminders, event announcements, new-product alerts, and customer-service updates. Message frequency varies.
Text messages may be sent using automated technology to the mobile telephone number you provide when subscribing or via our website. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Opt In
You can subscribe by submitting your mobile number on our website or other sign-up experiences that reference these Terms, or by texting a designated keyword to a number we provide.
Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation text to confirm your opt-out.

Cost and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging rates apply to all SMS correspondence. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change at any time but generally include major U.S. providers such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint/Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others.
Eligibility
The SMS Program is intended for individuals aged 18 or older who reside in the United States and use a U.S. mobile number. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect your mobile number, consent details (such as opt-in date/time and source), message delivery/interaction data, and related device information solely to operate and improve the SMS Program and to honor your preferences.
