We are so pleased to announce our partnering up with Southern Living and designer Kathryn Lott for the gorgeous Southern Living Adaptive House. The South Carolina cottage has character in spades whilst staying true to adaptive design. A true example of beauty meeting function — while supporting the Parkinson's Foundation.

ADAPTIVE & ACCOMODATING

The Adaptive Cottage was recently constructed in Habersham, South Carolina, and is a home specifically designed to accommodate those who have mobility issues or wish to age in place. The construction was designed to be adaptive with future upgrades in mind such as handrails or ramps. A focus on quality of life and accessability is at the forefront of the design goals.

The Southern Living Adaptive Home showcases how a space can be thoughtfully designed to be both practical and stunning. The design is adaptive to people's needs as they age or face health challenges, but it also maintains its charming aesthetics.
